1995 – 2013
Through various roles within the education sector, Green Education Group’s founders built deep knowledge of the Australian ELICOS and VET systems — including RTO and CRICOS operations, compliance, policies, learning, and assessment systems.
2013
Green Education Group developed and used the first version of its online testing platform privately within a partner college.
2018
Strategic expansion.
Launched Green Education Group Online Testing to selected RTOs and ELICOS providers, marking the organisation’s first public EdTech offering.
2020 – 2023
Introduced the Green Education Group Learner Management System (LMS) to selected RTOs and ELICOS providers, establishing a foundation for integrated online learning and assessment.
2024
Expanded digital infrastructure, advanced content automation, and refined compliance management tools to align with evolving ASQA and CRICOS standards.
2025
Official rebranding and launch of Laureate Online Testing and Laureate LMS, offering a fully integrated suite for assessment, learning, and compliance management.

Cameron Green
Cameron Green is our CEO, bringing over 30 years of experience across the education spectrum—from teaching ELICOS and VET, to serving as university professor, Academic Manager, Principal, and CEO of ELICOS and vocational training colleges. He has led institutions through transformation, always focused on simplifying processes and streamlining operations. With deep domain expertise in curriculum, regulation, and organizational leadership, Cameron ensures our strategy remains aligned with educational excellence and innovation. His passion for clear systems and impactful outcomes guides our vision and performance.
David Kuo
David Kuo is our Web Application Developer, with over 15 years of experience in education and IT development. He designs, builds, and manages the digital systems that power our online platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. Combining strong coding expertise with a deep understanding of educational technology, David creates solutions that enhance learning and streamline operations. His innovative approach and attention to detail make him an integral part of our technology team.
TK Thong
T.K. Thong is our accounts manager. He brings over 20 years of experience in administration and accounting within educational institutions. He manages our financial processes, budgeting, reporting, and operational support functions with precision. T.K. is adept at navigating the unique administrative needs of academic settings, ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations. His deep institutional knowledge and steady leadership help keep our back-office systems efficient and reliable.
